Camilo Concha
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Concha moved to Los Angeles when he was 14 years old and has resided there ever since.

The founder of many successful startups in the legal, health, and finance industries, Concha developed expertise in FinTech and consumer related platform solutions. Over the course of his career, Concha became fascinated by the issues surrounding retirement, determined to design a business model that would enable customers to prepare for their futures by diversifying assets in their retirement portfolio.

Alongside Johannes Haze and Chris Kline, the three executives then launched Mine4BTC in 2015, the world’s first financial services firm to allow Americans to invest in Bitcoin and other digital currencies for their retirement accounts.

Concha has a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and is an alumnus of UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. He is also a member of the Beverly Hills Chapter of the Young President’s Organization.

Johannes Haze
Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Johannes was born and raised in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and moved to Los Angeles when he was 16 years old.

Haze started his career in marketing, health and finance when he along with Concha co-founded several companies within these verticals. Johannes Haze has over 15 years of experience in directing marketing operations, strategic marketing campaigns, and product brand development. He is also the primary strategist within these health and finance verticals and is responsible for its growth and brand strategy. Haze is also a co-founder of Mine4BTC and currently serves as the company’s CMO. During the course of his career, Haze gained expertise marketing to customers seeking to invest in alternative assets with their IRA or 401(k) retirement accounts.

Haze has an extensive background in marketing and operations and is an alumnus of California State University-Northridge.

Chris Kline
Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer

A Denver, Colorado native, Chris Kline was challenged to develop a way for individuals to directly invest in Bitcoin for retirement.

Together with Camilo Concha and Johannes Haze, Kline co-founded Bitcoin IRA, and Kline then developed the process and exclusive partnerships to create a full-service, turnkey solution allowing investors to capitalize on the rapidly growing digital currency marketspace for their retirement portfolio while maintaining full IRS compliance.

Kline holds a degree in International Finance and Leadership from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

He is a contributing writer at Forbes Finance Council and FXEmpire, among other publications.

Maryann Bullion
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Maryann Bullion previously served as Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Financial Crimes Unit in the Washington D.C. area, providing legal advice and guidance to the FDIC in matters concerning the investigation, prosecution and sentencing of persons suspected of committing economic crimes against financial institutions. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Attorney in the Professional Liability and Financial Crimes Section based in Dallas, where she managed investigations and a large volume of civil plaintiffs’ lawsuits against both individuals and insurance carriers.

Bullion began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender at the Lake County Public Defender’s Office where she conducted jury and bench trials. From there, she joined the team at Matuszewich, Kelly, & McKeever, LLP in the Chicago area as an Associate Attorney, where she provided litigation services to corporate, governmental and individual clients in McHenry, Lake, Kane, and Cook Counties. In addition, she served five years in the United States Army Reserve, where she earned the rank of Captain and, as a Judge Advocate, provided legal advice and guidance to the Command, soldiers, and their families.

Bullion received her B.A. from Spring Hill College and her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.
